Governor Manchin Signs Autism Tax Bill
West Virginia Governor Manchin signed a new law which will give a tax benefit to parents of autistic children. The new law will help parents of autistic children with a tax benefit if a trust fund us established to help with expenses once the child is an adult. The new law was signed at Marshall Univeristy which houses the state's Autism Training Center.
